Andrew brings more than 15 years of technical expertise in building and maintaining websites, databases and IT infrastructures to his role as Head of Technical Design at ADVNTR Media Group. His work with clients such as BASF, Bayer, Emerson Electric and dCS has made him an expert at handling large scale projects and working to demanding deadlines.
Andrew is a results-driven problem solver, strong communicator and firm believer in a client-focused approach to project management.
Inspired by his work colleagues, he took up cycling in 2015, has since participated in several road cycling events and is now a keen explorer of his local gravel routes and outdoor events.
As Head of Marketing James combines his lifelong passion for cycling and the great outdoors with his expertise in marketing and digital infrastructures. Twelve years of marketing experience, including the medical sector, IT security distribution and the wider sports and outdoor lifestyle arena, make him an expert at helping brands reach their customers and grow. In addition, James has close to two decades of IT experience, managing everything from backend systems for large corporations to website & e-commerce platforms, under his belt.
Always an avid cyclist, James started racing mountain bikes in his teens and then sought out the adventure of longer and longer rides. In essence, he was already ‘adventure cycling’ before it had a name.
In 2018 he combined all this considerable expertise and created ADVNTR.cc as a platform for all things gravel and adventure cycling. The online magazine has since grown to 45k+ hits every month.
